What happens after I submit a project?+
ProGrafter receives your brief for review. We may contact you to confirm the work or request more detail. Submission alone does not publish your project to trades.
Does ProGrafter verify my identity or address?+
The current submission collects your name, mobile number, email and full project address. It does not include an automatic identity-document, address or mobile-number verification check.
Is it free to submit a project?+
Yes. Submitting a project for review is free for homeowners. Matching depends on the project and local trade coverage.
How many trades will I hear from?+
Where a project is suitable and coverage is available, ProGrafter may invite up to three verified trades. A match or a quote is not guaranteed.
